Joining documents without the usual catch
Merging PDFs is a solved problem everywhere except in the terms and conditions. Most free merge sites cap you at two files, stamp a watermark across the result, ask for an email address, or quietly keep a copy of what you uploaded on a storage bucket somewhere. For an office document (a set of annexures, a scanned application with its enclosures, a bundle of certificates) none of that is acceptable.
Here the merge happens in your own browser, the combined file is saved straight to your computer, and nothing is uploaded. There is no watermark and no account.
Order matters, so you control it
Files are merged in the order shown in the list after you add them, and you can see that order before you commit. That matters more than it sounds: annexure order is often the whole point of the bundle, and a merge tool that sorts alphabetically will put Annexure-10 before Annexure-2.
Nothing is uploaded, and you can check that yourself
This tool does not send your files anywhere. The PDFs are opened, taken apart and stitched together by code running inside your own browser, on your own machine. The same way a desktop program would, except there is nothing to install. We never receive the file, so there is nothing for us to keep, leak or be asked to hand over.
That is a claim worth checking rather than trusting. Press F12 to open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab, then merge your files: you will see the page load a PDF library, and no request carrying your document. A harder test. Load this page, disconnect from the internet, then merge. It still works.
For a set of annexures this may not matter. For an FIR, a service record, a medical report or anything with someone's identity documents in it, it matters a great deal, and most free merge sites upload every byte.
Practical notes
Page size and orientation are preserved per page, so mixing an A4 letter with a scanned legal-size annexure does not force everything into one shape. Existing bookmarks and page content are carried across as they are. If a PDF is password-protected, remove the password first. The tool will not attempt to break it.
If the result is larger than you want to email, run it through the PDF compress tool afterwards. If you need the opposite, pulling a range of pages out of one file, use PDF split.

फाइलें उसी क्रम में जुड़ती हैं जिस क्रम में सूची में दिख रही हैं, और जोड़ने से पहले आप क्रम देख भी सकते हैं। यह छोटी बात नहीं है। नाम के हिसाब से क्रम लगाने वाले टूल "संलग्नक-10" को "संलग्नक-2" से पहले लगा देते हैं।
हर पेज का नाप और दिशा वैसी ही रहती है, तो A4 और लीगल मिलाकर जोड़ने पर भी कुछ बिगड़ता नहीं। पासवर्ड लगी पीडीएफ पहले खोल लीजिए। यह टूल पासवर्ड तोड़ने की कोशिश नहीं करता।
जुड़ी हुई फाइल भारी लगे तो पीडीएफ कंप्रेस चला लीजिए। उल्टा काम, यानी कुछ पेज अलग निकालना हो, तो पीडीएफ स्प्लिट है।
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a watermark or a file limit?
No watermark. Files are merged in the order you arrange them, subject to the site's normal upload size limit.
Are my PDFs uploaded to your server?
No. Merging happens inside your browser, on your own computer, so the files never reach us at all. You can verify it in your browser's Network tab, or by disconnecting from the internet after the page has loaded. The tool still works.
Can I merge PDFs without uploading them anywhere?
Yes, that is exactly what this tool does. Merge, split and page-arranging all run locally in your browser. PDF compression is the one exception on this site and it says so on its own page, because shrinking a PDF means re-encoding the images inside it, which a browser cannot yet do to an existing PDF.
Does it work offline?
Once the page has finished loading, yes. The merging code is already in your browser at that point, so you can disconnect and keep working.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
No. Remove the password in your PDF reader first; the tool will not attempt to bypass protection.
Does merging change page size or quality?
No. Pages are carried across as they are, each keeping its own size and orientation.
