Joining documents without the usual catch
Merging PDFs is a solved problem everywhere except in the terms and conditions. Most free merge sites cap you at two files, stamp a watermark across the result, ask for an email address, or quietly keep a copy of what you uploaded on a storage bucket somewhere. For an office document — a set of annexures, a scanned application with its enclosures, a bundle of certificates — none of that is acceptable.
Here the merge happens on the server, the combined file comes straight back as a download, and the uploads are discarded. There is no watermark and no account.
Order matters, so you control it
Files are merged in the order shown in the list after you add them, and you can see that order before you commit. That matters more than it sounds: annexure order is often the whole point of the bundle, and a merge tool that sorts alphabetically will put Annexure-10 before Annexure-2.
Practical notes
Page size and orientation are preserved per page, so mixing an A4 letter with a scanned legal-size annexure does not force everything into one shape. Existing bookmarks and page content are carried across as they are. If a PDF is password-protected, remove the password first — the tool will not attempt to break it.
If the result is larger than you want to email, run it through the PDF compress tool afterwards. If you need the opposite — pulling a range of pages out of one file — use PDF split.
